PUBLIC SERVICES CLUB

The Public Services Club is comprised of students in the Criminal Justice and Emergency Preparedness Technology programs and is also open to members of the general student body who are interested in the public services.

The club is involved in numerous projects and community service events throughout the year. Several members were recently recognized for their efforts in assisting sister school Haywood Community College after devastating floods hit its campus last fall. The club also works with the Freemont Boys and Girls Club, maintains a stretch of highway for the Adopt A Highway program on Wayne Memorial Drive, and assists with a number of other on-campus events as needed.
