CURRICULUM

Most forestry courses contain a laboratory as well as a classroom section.  Due to the outdoor nature of these classes, they are offered only during the daytime.  However, many of the other courses in the curriculum may be taken online or in the evening.

Although our curriculum is designed to train forestry technicians to enter the workforce, graduates are also prepared to make a smooth transition into the bachelor’s degree program in Forest Management in The College of Natural Resources at North Carolina State University.
