Educational TV Channel 18
Wayne County Education Alliance (WCEA) on Time Warner Cable's Channel 18 offers programming designed to boost student academic achievement, including programs that are recorded at or about Wayne Community College. The college partners with Wayne County Public Schools and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (through the Military Child Education Coalition) to provide programming.
