Comprehensive Standard 3.2.14: Intellectual Property Policies

The institution's policies are clear concerning ownership of materials, compensation, copyright issues, and the use of revenue derived from the creation and production of all intellectual property. This applies to students, faculty and staff.

Wayne Community College has a clear policy that addresses the ownership of materials, compensation and copyright issues, and the use of revenue from the creation and production of all intellectual property that applies to students, faculty, and staff (CPM 02-0310). The policy is available to faculty and staff on-line and is available to students in the Student Handbook.
