Wayne County Reentry Council


The Wayne County Reentry Council (WCRC) assists incarcerated individuals of the Wayne County, NC community with reentry into society by identifying and assisting with needed resources to make this transition as successful as possible for the incarcerated individual.

WCRC Meeting Schedule

The WCRC holds regular public committee meetings at Wayne Community College. The schedule for 2025 is as follows:

  • Jan. 8: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • Feb. 5: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • Mar. 5: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • Apr. 2: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • May 7: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • June 4: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • July 9: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
  • Aug. 6: Public Meeting (9-10 AM.)
