The Foundation of Wayne Community College’s Arts and Humanities spring lecture series concludes with “Can Humans Live Sustainably on Our Planet?”
Dr. Jim White will deliver this lecture on Monday, March 31, at 2 p.m. in Moffatt Auditorium located inside the Wayne Learning Center (the main building on campus with the flag poles in front). It is free and open to the public to attend.
White will help celebrate the opening of an exhibit showcasing photographs of climate change. With support from the North Carolinian Society, WCC and Carolina Public Humanities are bringing the gallery show of photographs from the Southern Cultures journal issue “Snapshot: Climate” to Goldsboro, where they will be exhibited alongside images taken by Wayne County artists.
