All are invited to an International Festival provided by the WCC Student Multicultural Club and Cultural Diversity/Global Education Task Force.
The event is set for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday, April 6. Activities will be held in spaces on the first floor of the Wayne Learning Center (building with flag poles in front) and The Pit located behind the building.
Throughout the day, there will be
* Country posters and displays
* A Music Walk
* International trivia with candy prizes
* Information on Global Scholars, Multicultural Club, English as a Second Language, Language Teaching, and Study Abroad
Performances and presentations are scheduled for
9 a.m. – Classic Mexican Music
10 a.m. – Solina Latino Dance Instruction
11 a.m. – Indigo Bollywood Dance Demonstration and Audience Instruction
12 p.m. – Samba Dance Demonstration
1 p.m. – Performances by WCC English Language Learners
