This year’s Winter Fine Arts Festival is set for 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Thursday, Nov. 30-Dec. 3, and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4 in the Wayne Learning Center Atrium.
