Bison Community Concert Band to Perform at WCC

November 26, 2024

Wayne Community College’s Bison Community Concert Band will perform in a fall holiday concert on campus.

The concert will take place Tuesday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. in Moffatt Auditorium located inside the Wayne Learning Center (the main building with the flag poles in front). It is free and open to the public to attend.

A group of people sit in a semicircle playing instruments while a man conducts them.
The Bison Community Concert Band will perform a variety of selections during their fall holiday concert.

During their concert, the band will perform a variety of seasonal and holiday pieces under the direction of Dr. William Ford.

The Bison Community Concert Band allows musicians of all skill levels to perform together as an ensemble. Band members perform at WCC at the end of each semester and at various community events throughout the year.

The band, which is offered as a class, will accept new members (ages 16 and older) in January. Details about the course and how to register for it can be found in the Spring 2025 Workforce Continuing Education schedule.
