An article by Dr. Brandy Daingerfield, the director of Wayne Community College’s Academic Skills Center, has been published in an academic journal.
Her research paper titled “Service Learning and Tutoring: An Exploratory Discussion” is included in the North Carolina Community College Faculty Association’s Journal of Teaching Innovation, in Volume 1, Issue 2, Fall 2002.
The tract is “a preliminary discussion of integrating service learning into tutoring programs.”
