Charlotte C. Brow, chair of WCC’s Humanities, Fine Arts and Social Sciences Department, was honored at a recent international conference for community and technical college educators.

WCC is one of 14 community colleges that have signed an agreement with East Carolina University that allows students to apply to a community college and the university simultaneously and, upon successful completion of an associate degree, seamlessly transition into a program at ECU.

Math Instructors Laura Buddin and Katina Davis led a roundtable discussion on “Academic Integrity in an Online Environment” at the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development’s International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence.

WCC student Stephanie Lam volunteered at the Wayne County Public Library in the spring semester, digitizing old photographs to fulfill her Honors History service learning requirement.

WCC will hold registration for its Fall 2018 semester 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on July 16 and 17.
