Registration for fall short-term health professional training courses at Wayne Community College is around the corner.
Students who wish to take Fall 2020 Nurse Aide I, Nurse Aide II, Phlebotomy, Pharmacy Technician, EKG Technician, Activity Director, or Spanish Medical Interpreter courses must meet specific pre-admission requirements.
Potential students should email WCC Workforce Continuing Education’s Allied Health staff at eacurry@waynecc.edu or tjwynn@waynecc.edu to get information on qualifying to sign up for classes during registration on July 15.
Fall 2020 courses start Aug. 8.
Two refresher courses for students who have completed Nurse Aide I and Nurse Aide II courses will be offered in July. These courses provide a review of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to become re-certified as a nursing assistant. Contact the WCE Allied Health staff for registration information.
