Wayne Community College’s president will lead a birding seminar.
Dr. Thomas A. Walker, Jr. will present “The Joy of Birding” 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 30.
He will discuss the basic principles of bird identification, identifying birds specific to eastern North Carolina, and using free web-based bird identification resources.
The seminar will be held at Fremont Town Hall, 120 E. Main St. in Fremont.
