WCC to Hold Spring Fine Arts Festival

April 17, 2025

Wayne Community College’s annual Spring Fine Arts Festival is set for Thursday, May 1.

The festival will take place at 7 p.m. in Moffatt Auditorium located inside the Wayne Learning Center (the main building on campus with the flag poles in front). It is free and open to the public to attend.

Students stand on risers on a stage while a man directs them standing beside a piano.
The WCC choir will perform at this year’s Spring Fine Arts Festival.

The WCC choir will perform in a musical program highlighting the music literature they have studied this semester. Directed by WCC Music Instructor Jonathan Saeger and accompanied by Tom Casey, the choir’s program includes a vocal jazz set of standards and familiar tunes.

Several WCC choir students who are graduating this spring will also be featured in the performance through final solos and small group selections.

WCC encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing accommodations or have questions about access, contact the Accessibility Counselor at 919-739-6729.
