Artificial intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science that covers the theory and development of software applications that simulate thinking, draw inferences according to context, discover meaning, reach conclusions based upon experiences, and make decisions by using complex and dynamic data.
AI approaches within software create the foundations for autonomous devices, such as self-driving vehicles, robots, and a host of other autonomous devices entering residential and enterprise spaces. Emerging technologies such as internet-of-things, face recognition, voice recognition, big-data analysis, and simulation agents rely on AI applications.
AI is predicted to grow into a $118.6 billion industry by 2025.
The number of industries using AI is expanding to the point where no organization will be untouched by AI technology. This program addresses the demand by providing you the skills to design, implement, and support AI and help organizations transition to AI.
Upon completion of the Artificial Intelligence Engineer program, you should be able to:
15 -20
All degrees and certificates in this program are 100% online.
Students will need access to a computer to complete work outside the classroom. In addition to textbooks, students will be required to provide their own portable storage media for most classes.
Employment: Your career options include various AI related positions in banking and finance, engineering, manufacturing, transport, and logistics, healthcare, and almost every other imaginable industry.
