Achievement Coaches
Did you know that an Achievement Coach is available to every registered curriculum student at Wayne Community College?
Achievement Coaches provide support and encouragement. They also offer guidance, feedback, and responses to your questions and concerns. Achievement Coaches assist you with strengthening your self-management skills like time management, goal setting, concentration and motivation. When appropriate, they can also refer you to other personnel for additional resources.
To speak with an Achievement Coach you can do one of the following:
- Stop by the second floor of the Wayne Learning Center building in Room 231
- Directly call one of the coaches listed below
- Call the Academic Foundations Department at 919-739-6827 to be directed to an Achievement Coach
- Contact Dr. Tammy Bishop at 919-739-6826 to be directed to an Achievement Coach
